Lord of the Rings, The Second Age Costumes – (Amazon Prime Show)

What do we know about the new lord of the Rings, and what elf ears should you use for your Lord of the rings Costume?

by Michael Bielaczyc

The Lord of the Rings is very dear to my heart. I used to watch the Hobbit and LoTR cartoons every time they came on TV. Once we got a VCR, I wore out the tapes of those movies. I used to sing the elven songs from the Hobbit with my sister when she was young enough for me to hold her in my arms. The books were read, and reread, and dreamed about all through my youth.

When we first formed Aradani it was in 2002, right after the release of the Fellowship of the Rings. The second set of elf ears Paul and I ever sculpted and put into production were meant to be ears like Legolas’ elf ears, the Small Elf Style. When I went back to college I took a Lord of the Rings class, and after graduation was became a weekly visiting lecturer for that same class!

So to say we are excited about the new Amazon Lord of the Rings project, is a little bit of an understatement.

Amazon has keep a lot of what they are doing under wraps, but we wan to know about the movie, the costumes, and the elves!
