At Aradani, elf ears are not something we outsource or mass-produce. They are made in our studio in Nashville, Tennessee by a small, tight-knit team of six artists who genuinely love this craft. Several of us went to art college together, and years later we are still creating side by side, shaping fantasy into something you can actually wear.
Every Aradani elf ear design begins the same way, as a hand-sculpted original. We sculpt each ear with care, focusing on clean lines, natural flow, and shapes that feel believable on a real human ear. Those original sculpts become the foundation for everything that follows, and they are refined over time as we learn, experiment, and improve.
We cast our ears using only high-quality natural rubber latex, the same material used in professional theatrical and film prosthetics. We choose this latex because it is lightweight, flexible, and comfortable, allowing the ears to move naturally rather than looking stiff or artificial. It also holds fine detail beautifully, which lets the sculpted forms really shine once worn.
Nothing about our process is rushed. Each pair of ears is hand-poured, trimmed, cleaned, and checked in our studio. Real hands touch every step, and every set is inspected before it leaves us. That extra time and attention means consistency, comfort, and a final product we are proud to put our name on.
Our Nashville studio is more than just a workspace. It is where ideas are sketched out, molds are tested, music plays in the background, and conversations drift between art, fantasy, and life. Working as a small team allows us to stay connected to the craft and to the people who wear our work.
When you order from Aradani, you are supporting six working artists who chose to build something lasting together. You are getting a product made slowly, thoughtfully, and with real care. We believe that kind of craftsmanship shows, and we are grateful every time someone chooses to wear a piece of what we create.
